I don’t know about you but every year when it’s time for Coachella I get slightly depressed that I am stuck studying for exams when all the cool kids are in the Cali desert. Not to worry though, Lust in Fashion has got you covered. We have rounded up some of our favourite beauty looks from Coachella and we are showing you how can achieve them. You too can dress like you’ve just stepped out of the bus at Palm Springs.
This year at Coachella we saw a lot of celebrities including Gigi Hadid and Fergie rocking the fringe trend. We love fringe because it adds different dimensions and body to any outfit. The key with this trend is to have one fringe piece to act as the statement of the outfit.
We love these two pieces from Mango that are both under 40€! Pair these with some shorts (white would be good) and you will be ready to go to every festival this summer.
The next trend we saw was a lot of celebrities including Chiara Ferragni and Emily Ratajkowski is floral print. The floral trend is so fantastic for summer because it adds a pop of colour without having to try too hard. We love how both of these hot ladies kept their accessories very simple to make sure the main attraction was the floral print.
These two pieces are both bright and right on trend. On the left we have this gorgeous dress from H&M that would look perfect on any ethnicity and body structure. On the right is my personal favourite from Massimo Dutti. This jumpsuit is bohemian yet extremely elegant. With a change of shoes and accessories, one could easily transform this jumpsuit from day to night.
The last trend we saw a lot of celebrities sporting including Paris and Nicky Hilton and Rosie H-W was all white.
This is by far my favourite trend and what I love about this the most is that white will never die for summer and for festivals. It is so easy to mix and match with white because it looks good on EVERYONE. Both these pieces are from Massimo Dutti and we thought we would add a fun accessory that is both semi-white and fringe (score!)
All in all, just because we don’t get to go to Palm Springs every year for Coachella, doesn’t mean we have to wallow in misery. We can dress the part and honestly, that’s half the fun anyway so go out there and get dressed in your best Coachella inspired outfit and own the streets!
