Adidas Original

During the last Fashion Weeks we have seen more and more sneakers in the landscape. Comfortable, but also fashionable they are part of our daily grind. That’s why more and more high fashion designers are willing to collaborate with sportswear brands.

Let’s have a look at the most striking collaborations with Adidas for this year 2015.

I – Raf Simons

What: Stan Smith

Style: Trendy ghetto

Available: At select Raf Simons and Adidas suppliers by July 2015

The stripes are gone it is time for a breath of fresh “R”. Declined in several monochromatic colors from neutral hues of off-white and black to vibrant hits of yellow and purple the new Stan Smith by Raf Simons are definitely a must have.

II – Yohji Yamamoto

What: Superstar

Style: Origami

Available: 7 February 2015 at N042 Concept Store

Once again the Japanese designer signs a collaboration with Adidas for our greatest pleasure. He upgrades the famous sneakers in luxury Black & White leather versions. Poetic and contemporary he reinterprets the three iconic stripes with zen and subtlety.

III – Rick Owens

What: Blade High

Style: Boxer 2.0

Available: January 2015

Combination of the aesthetic of Rick Owens and the technology of Adidas the Blade High is the archetype of the avant garde sneaker. For the boldest of you it is time to move to Via Monte di Pieta !
